I support policies and incentives that create a favorable environment for small business, such as tax incentives, access to funding, and streamlined regulations that allow Wisconsin’s small businesses to thrive.
Local Farms
I grew up in a rural small town of a few hundred people, mostly farmers. Connecting with the roots of our food and the incredible people who cultivate it is important to me. Family farms contribute to our economies by providing jobs, supporting local businesses, and preserving cultural heritage and agricultural traditions. They also play a role in maintaining open spaces, healthy ecosystems, and contribute to conservation efforts.
Quality Education
The importance of education cannot be overstated as it serves as a foundation for personal growth, societal progress, and economic prosperity. A quality education provides the knowledge, skills, critical thinking abilities, and values necessary to navigate the challenges in life. Promoting parental involvement and local school board guidance will help shape the most suitable style of instruction needed for the district.
Affordable Housing
Access to affordable housing is a critical issue facing Wisconsin residents. The rising cost of basic goods and services is causing financial concern in the whole comminity and beyond. Let’s start by introducing local housing authorities to residents; providing counseling and financial education services, helping navigate homeownership, rental markets, and access to financial assistance programs. The solution is collaboration with developers to construct and renovate buildings that address the specific needs of the district.
Support Working Families
Helping parents gain the training and education needed to increase their skills to obtain or advance in jobs, ensures success for Wisconsin. I’m dedicated in supporting efforts that help working families make ends meet, help people afford to pay the mortgage and rent, take family leave, and secure equal pay for all. It is vital we create sustainable local initiatives that help families navigate the workforce and childcare or home healthcare systems for dependents simultaneously.
Healthcare
Focusing on preventative care, streamlining the delivery of healthcare through technology, and access to generic prescription drugs can reduce the cost of healthcare for everyone. Innovative ideas should be considered instead of expanding taxpayer funded programs. Let’s turn to experts that can provide proven solutions for achieving superior quality care, improved patient access, lower overall costs, and greater patient and clinician satisfaction.
Public Safety
Ensuring public safety is a fundamental responsibility of government, and it plays a crucial role in maintaining a thriving and secure community. We need to support our police, fire, and emergency medical services, whom I like to call, “imminent decision makers” (IDMs). Many times, they find themselves in dangerous situations with only seconds to react and save lives. To help in their efforts, I will advocate for crime prevention solutions that address root causes of criminal behavior, rehabilitation, and mental health awareness. Be sure to thank your local IDMs when you see them out in the community.

By prioritizing financial responsibility at the state level, we can foster economic resilience, maintain essential services, invest in critical infrastructure and programs, and build a solid foundation for suitable growth and prosperity for all Wisconsin residents. I will promote efficiency, budget discipline, and transparency with the goal of reducing taxes.
Supporting Veterans
United States veterans deserve our unwavering support and gratitude for their selfless dedication and sacrifice in defending our nation and upholding its values. It is crucial that we provide them access to high quality healthcare, mental health support, educational opportunities, and employment assistance. Additionally, recognizing and celebrating their achievements and contributions to society helps to reenforce a culture of respect and appreciation for our veterans, ensuring they are never forgotten or overlooked. As a veteran, I understand the mixed emotions that are felt when you return home from deployment. You can have a sense of disconnection or a realization that life has moved forward in your absence. Accepting these changes and adapting to a new normal can be a real challenge, I’m here to support my fellow veterans in any capacity that I can.
Access to Clean Water
Everyone deserves access to clean water… PERIOD. All of our town, city, county, and state representatives in government should be making this a priority until clean water is a reality for all Wisconsinites.

Conservation efforts safeguard forests, wetlands, agricultural land, rivers, lakes, and the animals that inhabit them. The delicate balance of environmental sustainability and economic prosperity should be considered when making legislative policies regarding urban planning, agriculture, water management, and infrastructure development.
